    • Managed a team of three employees and two contractors for a redesign of the content of core pages of FNAC's Web site including the checkout process, authentication, and principal products; books, DVDs, CDs, computers, and electronics. FNAC is the largest French retailer of cultural and consumer electronic products. The development was done as a part of their campaign to increase their market share advantage over amazon.fr. They are comparable to a combination of Ticketmaster, Best Buy, and Borders.
    • Instituted the use of Subversion and Tortoise SVN for all team projects
